Not only is it smart to have a licensed home inspector check out your new home he will likely find some items that need correction. Just because it is new it doesn't mean it's free of flaw and perfect.

 

Home inspectors use systems and checklists to make sure they check out the components of a home.  This usually means they find some things that were overlooked during the building process. New homes in Clarksville TN are built fast. Buyers often buy before construction is completed.

 

The State Purchase Contract in Tennessee has an inspection contingency option that I recommend to all my buyers. This extra step in the home buying process is an important part of buying. You need to know that the home you are buying is well built and address any serious issues before you buy. It is a way to get some peace of mind.

 

Builders are inspected by local codes authorities but even these professionals make mistakes or can miss something.
