I spent most of last week under a rock brooding about the immediate future. And today, I dragged myself out of bed and into the office and my friend Phillippa Jackson reminded me that we had business plans to do for 2017.
Recently, we pledged to support each other in getting ready for the best real estate year ever, not matter what might be happening in the rest of the world. We've both been collecting information that we can use to get organized to make the most of whatever the market brings.
And today, she held me accountable. And something sort of flipped.
Tomorrow, we have our first appointment of the day with each other, and I can't wait!
So today, I'm so thankful for knowing Phillippa and for her wonderful influence at this point in my life when I need, well, a wonderful influence! So, Phillippa, see you in the morning!
