Happy clients are indeed the biggest goal in my business. Guiding them to a home that will serve them well for many years to come is a passion. Real estate is akin to love matchmaking in some ways, in that properties must suit the life-style and exceed expectation.
Whether it's a 900 square foot condominium or a sprawling 8,000 square foot estate, it makes no difference. Every home has a buyer. Location, price and condition play a part in buyer attraction and after negotiation, when both sides mutually agree, progress is made.
In an ideal situation, the home inspection goes well, the home appraises (if clients are getting a mortgage) and all terms and conditions are met. The closing goes smoothly, property records and the end result is happy homeowners with smiles all around!
Not every home buying search ends in an immediate offer to purchase, however, especially when clients become unsure of the desired result. This is an opportunity to sit down, re-group and help guide them closer to their wants and needs by offering professional advice.
A Home Sweet Home means something different to each buyer and I have said to clients..."I can go as quickly as necessary or as slow as you wish, it's your choice." Thankful to be in an industry where my success depends wholeheartedly on realizing the clients goals!
