Thanksgiving Post Challenge Day 2 – Thankful for my Faith

Kathleen, I know exactly what you mean. Of late (even putting the elections and Washington aside) there are things happening around me that have been testing the limits of my faith, of what exactly my beliefs are. I have made a shift in my thinking and feel so much freer, able to face what may be ahead. 

Life without some type of faith seems to me to be ungrounded. When I was feeling so distraught I realized I was looking away from the spiritual side of myself.

What a calming photo, makes me want to sit and meditate a while. I agree, it is always good when we can get back to the source of our light, it lifts us out of the darkness and we realize life is worth living and moving onward. Thank you.

Amen to that. Life without faith is just existing. I think the older I get the stronger mine gets too. It must have to do with mortality and getting wiser.
