ActiveRain Photography Contest – Main Listing Photo Arlington, Virginia

This photo has always been one of my favorites. It depicts what so many homes look like in Arlington and I think shows just how charming the Arlington area is. I remember listing this home and I knew it would be popular. My sellers were wonderful and took all my advice. We ended up with multiple offers in 2 days and it was under contract before the open house.

What a charming home with good memories too! I know we're not supposed to have favorites in life in general, but hey! We're only human and I have my favorite homes that I sold and favorite people too!

Favorites are fun! A house is not a home unless it's filled with good people! You had a great relationship with the homeowners and I know they must be very thankful for listening and having you do what you said you'd do - you got it sold!

This is a great entry!!!!

Amanda, you just don't see homes like this out in the Pacific NW. Brick is such a mainstay choice for so many homes of "history". Sometimes I wonder why they broke away from it. As Fiddler on the Roof would say: "Tradition"!
