Friday Photo: Narrow Streets!

As we were walking back to our hotel via the little winding streets of Florence, we looked up to see the sky.   There was the Vologano Tower built in 1258.  It is part of the Bargello Museum, which once was a prison.  The museum houses a collection of ceramics, textiles, as well as Michelangelo's sculpture of Bacchus, the Roman God of Wine.

Happy Friday,

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN UNDER 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in under 30 seconds? Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  You should be able to answer each of the following questions in about 20-30 seconds (the time frame of a short elevator ride):  What do you do? - How do you do it?  -  How are you different?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Ha! This explains Fiats, doesn't it?

What will we have to show for a thousand years from now like they do?

I envy your trip Alexandra.

Hi A, I have a picture similar to yours only from Venice.  There is one huge difference. I cannot name any history like you so eloquently do to keep us fascinated.  You are our tour guide through Florence!

Unless you've encountered a tour bus on one of these narrow streets in Italy you don't realize how tight of a squeeze the streets can be Ron and Alexandra Seigel

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, Broker, Tacoma Washington at our nieces 3 day wedding extravaganza in Nice, we were being taken (family) by a small, skinny bus to the harbor for an evening cruise to Monte Carlo.  We were on a narrow street and a parked car was taking up that 6 inches we needed to get buy.  The guys got our the car and lifted that tiny fiat 6 inches over so we could pass...What a hoot that was.  A

Your photos have been such a treat for the eyes and soul this past week or so. I loved visiting Florence  - there were always such fascinating things to see  - art, architcture, views - around every corner it seems, and the depth of the history is hard to comprehend as compared to the US!

Hi Alexandra and Ron... this picture makes me nostalgic for Italy... love the blue, blue sky and how it contrasts with the dark of the alley.

The streets in so much of classical Europe were built before cars and traffic like today.  I love 'em!  Let's get rid of cars!

Now that's a peek-a-boo view for sure. Appreciate the way it's framed between the buildings. Thanks for another glimpse of beautiful Florence.

My first thought looking at your photograph is "Love is a Many Splendor Thing."

In Florence and anywhere in Italy love is felt everywhere you go! May you get to enjoy more travels in the near future and Happy Thanksgiving too!
