According to builders market is picking up

I read an interesting article today that had comments from many builders in the Treasure Valley. They all stated that there businesses are starting to pick up again, one even said that they had close to a record week of home sales. Most are saying that the market will not be like it was in 2006, but they dont think that the boom is over. They are all waiting to see what happens when the grass turns green, which is usually when our market really starts going. I guess we will have to wait and see if the grass is greener on the other side. It should be interesting to see.
