My weeks are never the same that is why I love my job. My days start my checking my email and text once I get to the office. I do follow my office hours as I cannot book out or change my hours, so my hours before or after work are me time or family time. Me time includes getting up early drinking coffee checking personal emails and then getting ready to work out to clear my mind and keep me healthy.
Once I check my emails that sets my priorities for the day and then I go on to make a list of things to do that day. I also include realtor phone calls and prospect calls within my week. I also have at least two marketing events that I do each month which can include realtor lunches, realtor functions. I also try to quarterly prospect marketing which includes active rain calling old buyers sending Christmas cards or some kind of seasonal little plants of gifts.
Also,I follow loans, answer many buyer questions as well as prospects, of course all stops when prospects come in and you try to assist them in finding their dream home. I take pictures of my buyers homes and upload them to their website. I call all buyers on the books once a week in conjuction with their construction manager to tell the progress on their home and see if they have any concerns or questions about the process so far.
I also attend division meetings, project meetings planned encounters with my manager.Then I have the meeting with the buyers which include preconstuction meetings, pre-sheet rock meetings and walks. I try to attend these even if they fall on my days off but sometimes I cannot. In addition we have been getting our new model ready for which includes getting all the supplies to get this model up and running
