On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 1.5% to an avarage price of $750,000 in October of 2016 from $739,000 in September 2016, and jumped 7.1% from price of $700,000 in October of 2015. While, homes sales declined 3.0% in October of 2016, from September of 2016, but rose 8.1% from October of 2015 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, lower from 3.8 in September of 2016, and declined from 3.9 months in October of 2015. An average it took 49.1 days to sell a home in October 2016, down from 49.2 days in September 2016, and fell from 56.7 days in October of 2015 in Orange County, California.
