The Big Thank You for Day 4: Rock Creek Park

By
Real Estate Agent with RLAH@properties AB95346

My home is in a neighborhood that is surrounded on three sides by a national park, and this time of the year, it looks like it's on fire.  The park is set along Rock Creek, which runs from Georgetown to Gaithersburg, Maryland.  There are riding trails for bicycles and horses, tennis courts and lots of wildlife, including deer, foxes and at least one coyote.  And the wildlife they won't let run wild is living comfortably at the National Zoo

But my favorite thing is stopping on my way home from showing property and just looking at and listening to the creek, and today the place looked like it was on fire.

Good morning Patricia Kennedy ,

I love these spots..Mother Nature has a wonderful paint brush and the colors can be dazzling! I remember a spot in upstate N.Y. where I grew up that looked much like this. I always loved to hear the water, smell the leaves and just enjoy the moment!

Hello Pat

Wonderful photo and I want to see what this area looks like in the summer when the leaves are green and the trees are full.
