On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.3% to an avarage price of $631,330 in October of 2016 from $629,420 in September 2016, and jumped 4.4% from price of $604,610 in October of 2015. While, homes sales gained 2.4% in October of 2016, from
September of 2016, but declined 6.2% from October of 2015 in Ventura County, California.
There were 3.9 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, lower from 4.2 in September of 2016, but higher from 3.7 months in October of 2015. An average it took 58.1 days to sell a home in October 2016, rose from 56.7 days in September 2016, but down from 58.8 days in October of
2015 in Ventura County, California.
