Lake Chelan Mid Year Real Estate Update 2016

Single Family Home Sales in Chelan and Manson for the first half of 2016 are continuing the upward trend year-to-date for the past 5 years and showing a nearly 13% year over year increase from the first half of 2015. 

Lake Chelan Real Estate Market Trends 5 Year

Between the dawn of the New Year and the end of June, 85 properties had closed Escrow for an average price of $528,172.

The Lowest Priced sale was $75,000 and the Highest Priced Sale was $1,661,000. 

The Median price was $400,000. 

Given Chelan is primarily a Vacation/Second Home market, it's not surprising market times here are higher than in the Seattle/Bellevue market. For the first half of 2016, properties stayed in Active Status for an average of 117 Days
