Lake Chelan Mid Year Real Estate Update 2016
Single Family Home Sales in Chelan and Manson for the first half of 2016 are continuing the upward trend year-to-date for the past 5 years and showing a nearly 13% year over year increase from the first half of 2015.
Between the dawn of the New Year and the end of June, 85 properties had closed Escrow for an average price of $528,172.
The Lowest Priced sale was $75,000 and the Highest Priced Sale was $1,661,000.
The Median price was $400,000.
Given Chelan is primarily a Vacation/Second Home market, it's not surprising market times here are higher than in the Seattle/Bellevue market. For the first half of 2016, properties stayed in Active Status for an average of 117 Days.
