This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 7.9 percent, for new homes up 6.8 percent and for resale condos up 4.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 7.4 percent and down 4.0 percent on condos and up 47.6 percent for new homes.

•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 11.7 percent and the sales volume is down 12.5 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 11.7 percent and the sales volume is up 15.4 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 10.2 percent and the sales volume is up 4.2 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 19.6 percent and the sales volume up 1.6 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 17.8 percent and the sales volume is up 56.8 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 3.4 percent and the sales volume is up 9.5 percent.
Once again the week before Thanks Giving we have up to the up side in the real estate market. It is more positive news here in November.
