This is the October 2016 Real Estate Market Update for Oxnard Condos

We see that in October, 2016 there were almost as many Oxnard Condos sold in October, 2016 as sold last October, The median price for Oxnard Condos increased as well as the  average sale price from what was recorded in October, 2015.  

Inventory of Oxnard Condos has hit almost an all time low. This puts pressure on prices to rise, however, price appreciation is somewhat constrained due to overall affordability. We will have to wait to see what will happen to our local real estate market when the new administration takes office. There are almost triple the number of Oxnard Condos available versus Ventura.

If one is looking to purchase in this particular price range, one needs to be fully pre-approved and ready to go as condos in this attractive price range often get multiple offers or a good offer within days that is accepted by the seller.
