Thankful to be Healthy!
It's the week leading up to Thanksgiving Day and time to reflect on all the things we are thankful for.
Today, I am thankful to be healthy.
Health is something we take for granted when we have it and miss sorely - literally - when we don't.
Never one to get sick a lot, this year, it hit me. I just got over the flu and although not terribly serious, it gave me a few days of misery and low energy.
Thanks to plenty of rest, hot tea, vitamin C, and something my doctor gave me, I'm feeling almost back to normal.
Being under the weather, definitely makes you appreciate being well even more. I hope you too, are well!
