On November 17, 2016, The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) reported that there were 15,597 Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) in the 3rd quarter of 2016, and 3,434,451 million borrowers refinanced with HARP from 2009 through the end of 3rd quarter of 2016. While, there are 242,512 eligiable barrower can refianance with HARP, which will expire at the end of September of 2017.
