Stocks Continue Upward Climb

The post election rally broadened a bit today as the Dow surged to near 19,000.  Oil futures moved upward today as Russia declared it would have no problem cutting production.  Cutting production has the effect of driving up the price per barrel.  With the impending long holiday weekend, fewer and fewer traders will be in the pits and volatility could rise as fewer shares can move a market in light trading.  The Dow closed up 88 points today.
