When I received a call from one of my past clients
who said, "Guess what, why I called you?"
It was easy for me to guess.
It was a referral from this past client.
And I looked back where it all started from.
I was amazed to see that this chain was initiated in 2006!
This is how the referrals grow!

What can I say about Referrals?
Thanks to Buffini & Company who showed me the difference
between two important words.
Word-of-mouth and Referrals.
They perhaps mean same for most of the agents.
However, the major difference is -
Word-of-mouth is passive leads. Referrals are Active leads.

Referrals are low-hanging fruit.
The low-hanging fruits are ripe.
Just pluck it - and eat it.
Referred leads are ripe.
Ready to do business with you.
You have already won half-the-battle.
Because you don't have to prove yourself to them!
They know who you are and how you work!

Who in turn became my advocates.
And referred me some more clients!
