Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our 114th week!
Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
I've been so busy with Dick Greenberg's Photography Contest as a judge and 2 closings, 2 sales just now pending (as of today) and 2 new listings that I didn't get to Tuesday Travelogue last week. Sorry!
Soooo, where do we go today? There have been some wide-ranging entries in the travel category for Dick's contest and I thought I would highlight some of those today, in case you've missed them.
The colors of different cultures and architecture always catch my eye. Here are some of this week's eye-candy.
Cuzco, Peru our first stop. Joanna Cohlan shows off the beauty of the locals in this incredibly sweet photo.
This next one almost didn't look real! This horse is in perfect step with Sheila Anderson! Israel--so colorful and beautiful.
The nightlife sparkles from Switzerland, thanks to Patricia Feager, taking us there.
The understated tones of this next landscape are from wine country under the Tuscan sun. Thank you, Janis Borgueta!
The colors in this architecture seem to grab many of the colors displayed in the photos above, so thought I would wrap this virtual trip up with Ron and Alexandra Seigel's recent trip to Florence Italy. Need your prayers answered? Go here!
Please don't forget to comment on these blog posts and I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels.
