We put up our Christmas trees early this year. We have one at our "East" shore office and one at our "West" shore office. No I am not at the coast, but in the middle of Harrisburg and the Susquehanna River separates our shores. It's less than 1 mile wide, but it's definitely a clear division.
Our company likes to show our support in the community. This year we have partnered with Bridge of Hope, Harrisburg, PA. It is a wonderful organization helping Central PA families (usually single mothers with children). The tags on the trees represent the needs of these families such as winter pajamas for the children and baby wipes, or a day of rent ($25) so they range from a very small monetary commitment to slightly more. Our goal is to have our employees pick out a tag and bring their unwrapped gift so that these families have these desired items for Christmas! We will be providing baskets for each family with all the items requested for that particular family.
