CA Brokers Exam Questions | It is quite the task to study and blog!

Now, let's get to the Broker questions. Why the HELL does the BRE ask a question with a possible two right answers? I know..... I must not know the answer! But I do! I know real estate in 29 years front and back, so I thought!
I can tell you one thing!

A. Liquidated damages I "do" know quite well. Since I read that to "every" client for the past 29 years! (more than the average bear!)
B. I know the term "USURY" now. (I am ok telling you I didn know till now)
C. Never thought "conduit" would be in my Broker exam. OK electricians out there you are mentioned! ( I am not kidding...LOL)
and I won't bore you with it all, but lastly...
D. Structural Pest Control Report..... I never in the entire world think or thought the BRE could come up with 1,000 ways to tell you how a report can or cannot be given. (my family is the "grandfather" of home inspections and has had a company in TX since the 70's) I can tell you I Know !! Home Inspections, but I can guarantee you that I got that question asked 1,000 diff ways. wrong!!! Why not just ask, who gets the report? NO! They have to ask..... everything, but how you know the answer and knowledge and with a foreign language involved.
So, Thanksgiving is here and I am thankful most of all this is over and I am going to enjoy the year with being Thankful for waking up to be with m14-year old son and finishing the year with MORE BLOGGING from my desktop because I can't blog from my iPhone any longer since the new VAMP!
