I have a possible referral for you, a hotel executive looking for a commercial purchase in Aspen, who already knows the market but requires a local agent. The referral would be to another Sotheby's agent, who I suppose will be looking for a referral.

Ujjal,
I am a little confused. If your hotel executive already has a local Aspen broker, what place in the transaction would I serve? What type of commercial property is he looking for? I pay 25% of the side referred as a referral fee for a normal referral.
