WHEN WILL BUYERS DECIDE TO BUY?

Realty Times Senior Editor Writes: Right now we have mortage interest rates three points below historical norms. We have housing inventories 5 months greater than balanced markets, combine that with unemployment that is a half percent lower than the recession of 2003 and you have excellent home buying conditions. Does that mean we should hold on to our pants when buyers decide to start buying? Will this happen soon? How long will it take?
