Day 9 is: Help others
Helping others not only makes you happier, in can enrich your life as well. There are many ways to accomplish this ... you can do something as simple as taking someone to a concert or other activity with you.. Spending money on others boosts your happiness. Much happier than spending money on yourself.
Other ways to help others is to volunteer your time or do other random acts of kindness. Simple things are the most effective sometimes.
