The Law of Attraction

If you have seen the Movie "The Secret" you'l be keen to find out how to have "The Law of Attraction work for you.

In Michael Losier's Book....."The Law of Attraction" he outlines how to get started and lays down the ground work. He says most people do not know what that want, but they sure know what they do not want.

Michael explains how to put it into a three step process.

Michael says just write down every thing you do not want,.... that's easy, "Grumpy Clients", "Over Priced Listings", "Un-Motivated Buyers & Sellers", "Rude Clients", etc.
Then you can easily write down a list of what you do want. "Happy & Motivated Buyers and Sellers", "Well Priced Listings", "Polite & friendly Clients",
Then once you know what you want to attract, you now need to allow what you want such as your Goals, By allowing, you must eliminate "All Doubt", for it to happen.

Read Michaels Losier's Book "The Law of Attraction"or Jack Canfield's Book "The Success Principle", Or Bob Proctor's material, just start using "The Law of Attraction" in your business and personal life today.It all works.

I've just started, and I get very impatient with myself wanting results. It has worked for me very quickly with "Happy motivated Buyers and Sellers" in my life.

I did 5 ends last month, selling my listings in the same month and making sales right away. Just yesterday I had a call from a lady wanting to sell her Mum's Townhouse, and she wants to price it to sell quickly and wants to meet with me tomorrow morning to get started.

I too loved The Law of Attraction movie. It's really common sense - what we think about we'll concentrate our efforts on consciously or subconsiously. A positive attitude never hurt anyone! :) Haven't they been working the athletes with "law of attraction" for some time now?

Grab one of the books above, and to back on track, My daily thought is I'm allowing Happy motivated Buyers and Sellers into my Life, Guess what?... that's what I'm getting!, and it's keeping me hopping.

Draw a line down the center of a blank paper, on the left write a list of all the things you do not want, then on the right write the opposite an list of what you do want...then write and an allowing list of these, such as mine, and remove any Doubt..

I agree, positive thoughts equal positive outcomes. When I having a "bad" day I sit down, shake it off and get back on track. The good vibes can come from reading just one book on motivation or personal growth, the benefits are amazing.

It works! I been living by The Secret principles for the last 5 months and my life is completely different.

Just a month ago I came across the law of attraction. I too get impatient but I do my best to tamp it down. I just keep thinking positive thoughts, and visualizing what I want and imagine myself enjoying what I envisioned. It's helping in my personal life. I guess I need a little bit clearer vision for my professional life. :)

Thank you for the compliment and for the info on Michael Losier. I will have to check him out. I have a book by Wayne Dwyer and one by Joe Vitale. I'll add Michael to my stack.

Great blog and comments.

Another suggestion is a "Vision Map" Basically it's a poster board with pictures, sayings, or anything that demonstrates what you want. I have one that is strictly motivational for me. It has my picture in the middle and all around are the sayings and principals I live my life by. Just to give you an example (as I'm looking at it right now), some of the quotes are "I create my destiny", "I believe in me", "Believe and Achieve", "Attitude is everything","gratitude".

Gratitude is a HUGE one. I believe we must be grateful for what we have and acknowledge it daily. I also keep a gratitude journal that I try to write in at least a few times a week. It can be something big like "I'm so grateful I closed that difficult loan", or something as simple as "I am so grateful I found my keys this morning and wasn't late for my meeting."

We can choose to look at the glass as half empty or half full. I choose to look at my glass as half full and I have the absolute unwaivering belief that it will soon be filled to the brim.

Very true positive people attract positive results. I have an uncle that use to sponser me in racing motocross.I remember the first race I was in he told me that it does not matter how many times you fall down, as long as you pick yourself up brush yourself off and finish the race!! That day I crashed 6 times but what he told me kept me going and I did finish that day 19th out of 26. That day was far from my best race, but the point is He taught me to never quit and you will win!!

Michael Losier calls acting...Allowing, such as taking away all the doubt.

You know how many people buy a lottery ticket, and then talk about what they'll do with the money when they win the lottery....then they have doubts later like " I'll never win' "I've bought tickets for years, and never won anything' The odds are to great" and so on. That's why we see many lottery winners keep winning, they have little or no doubt they can win

So what you call acting on your dreams, should be... take away doubt, I think it's just easier to understand for me.

Been using possitive thinking for a while now and it WORKS! I decided that I had to sell 2 of our investments properties, and within a couple of weeks, had both under contract. One of the properties was not even on the market at the time! Both settled within 3 weeks of the other. I am a believer!!!

The Law of Attraction - in its simplest form - states that "like attracts like". Whatever you focus on the most is what will be most attracted to your life. At first glance, that would seem to state that since we all think about being healthy, rich, and having fulfilling lives, that we should all be living happily ever after, right?

Wrong. Although it is true that if we properly focused on those things that they would come to us in abundance, the truth is that most people don't focus on having those things - they focus on the fact that they DON'T have those things!

So, going back to the definition of the Law of Attraction - "like attracts like". If all you ever do is think about how much you wish you were healthy, or how much you wish you were rich, or how much you wish you were happy, do you know what the Universal Law of Attraction will bring you? You guessed it - a life full of wishing you had all of those things.

The only way to attract what you desire in life is to allow yourself to understand what it would feel like to have what you want, to allow yourself to believe that you will have it, that you deserve it, and by focusing on those positive feelings and beliefs on a consistent basis.

It seems way too simple to be true, right? It is hard for you to believe that just by thinking about having a new car that you will get one. You can't grasp the fact that by just thinking about getting promoted at work that it will happen. You refuse to believe that by feeling positive about your life, that your fulfilling life will come to pass.

The skeptical part of my brain has trouble believing reality could actually work like this. It requires a new model of reality in which the Law of Attraction makes sense. Consequently, I've had to make major adjustments to my beliefs to compensate for the Law of Attraction. I always have people asking me how I'm so positive about real estate in Michigan! I try and tell them about the law of attraction and they look at me like I'm some sort of new age hippie who is confused about life! Have you heard of a book by Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World? I thought it was pretty good, the 10 scrolls are somewhat similar in content to the idea of attracting what you desire in life.

I will have to check out the Law of Attraction.

I just recenty discovered "The Secret" and I have to agree that it works. Positive thinking brings positive action. I have been blessed with the opportunity recently to be working with a certified Life Success coach. It is amazing the changes that have happened in my life in just a short amount of time. I do get impatient too waiting for certain things to manifest themselves, but I know that if I patiently continue to use the LOA in my life that they will manifest. Great things are already happening.

Hi Everyone! I was actually beginning to think there was no Law of Attraction blog around here so I am delighted to find it. I love the hear stories of agents who use the LOA to improve their businesses---I've been studying this stuff for years. Hey, if anyone wants a pdf file of my real estate law of attraction book, just email me--I can use some more reviews. (you just can't share it with anyone).

I was excited to see someone on this blog mention Jerry and Esther Hicks as they have been big in the introducing of the Law of Attraction. In fact, did you know that it was them who prompted the movie the Secret? They were supposed to be the main and only starts, but their were some internal conflicts and they and the producer, Rhonda Byrne parted ways. At least that's what I heard Esther say.

Were doing an old version of bob proctors " Think and grow rich" in our office . It's dated but classic!

The problem with most agent is that they don't have a real big goal or a major purpose they are working towards . I have to get that book!

Bob Proctor is terrific...I think you are referring to his earlier book, "You Were Born Rich"? Napolean Hill wrote, "Think & Grow Rich" and my book is modeled after his ideas, but it is specific to real estate, and hey, I'm GIVING it to you for free so you can't lose!

Fred - thanks for sharing. Another easy way to focus on the type of business you want is to think about the buyers/borrowers you really enjoyed working with. You can make a list of what made them a joy to work with, and then focus your energies on getting more of the same. Great post!!
