Don't Mess with my Catnip

A friend invited me to a craft fair Friday. I'm really glad I went and so are the cats. I found the cutest catnip filled sock. The catnip smell is very strong...it's stronger than any catnip toy I've ever bought them.

Right away Aslan went to town on it. He rolled around and played and played. Look at the expression on his face...I dare you to take it away is what I think he would say if he could talk.

Then Chloe figured out there was a new toy, and she got involved. It was like a bar fight over catnip.

I took these pictures with my phone. It did ok considering how much the cats were moving around. They really got punchy with other.

In the second picture you can see Aslan rabbit kicking Chloe on the face. Who needs television when you can watch real life in action like this. The cats had a great time and so did I. 

These two are very close and they didn't hurt each other. They really were having fun. 

Lucky felt a little left out in spite of the fact he had a new bone to chew on.

Well James Dray ...Lucky finally got a hold of the sock and chewed a hole in the heel. Now I have to repair it. The cats are really pissed off over this recent turn of events.

I love it when the cats play...catnip or no catnip, Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint . They get totally crazy and run around and it's like a circus. Now the catnip adds a new dimension to all of that. They have a different style of craziness. I love it, too.

Unfortunately Nina Hollander there is no information on the tag I save on the catnip sock. Darn. Lucky got it tonight and tore a hole in the heel. Now I have to sew it up, and the cats aren't happy. We didn't lose much catnip, though.

That was one heck of a game, Scott Godzyk . I was watching it at the brewpub, but thank goodness I wasn't drinking. That would have been wild. What an ending.

Hi, Michael Jacobs ...cats on catnip are really funny. I don't subscribe to television service. I use my big ass flat screen smart TV to listen to music, watch music DVDs and other DVDs. The sound is excellent on it.

I don't find much I like seeing on television these days. Although I do miss the news, but I read it on my computer. It pisses me off. I use to be a journalist. So now I get to see what the people in my profession have gotten to...it's a new low in most cases.

Hi, Jeff Dowler ...it is so much fun to watch my cats on catnip. Although tonight I went outside for a few minutes to get firewood, and Lucky got the sock. Now I have to sew up a hole in the heel of the sock. The cats are really pissed off over this recent turn of events. 

Remember they still have Lucky on probation. Even after about two years of him being here.

LOL...that's a great comment, Larry Johnston ...we do have our people stoner drugs and cats have their catnip. I think Lucky is happy to have a beef bone and a belly rub, though.

Debbie with three cats and a dog, no need to exasperate the situation with catnip... they play fight and sometimes really fight before they get their wet food..6:30am and 7:30pm then to torment the dog they run in front of his cage and stare at him.... when he is trying to rest after breakfast and dinner .... now with that said no need for Catnip:))Endre
