Frank - I keep hearing rumors of this and hoping NOT to run into this problem - ever! The longest I've waited is a year... won't happen again in my book! :-) Hopefully your closings start happening.

This is where I have been lucky.  My worst has come from the seller not wanting to move early enough.

We've been pretty lucky not to have run into this... yet.  A lot of our buyers are dealing with a local bank and I can always walk across the street and wrap my hands around their neck if they get too slow.  Works like a charm.
