We have seen the number of foreclosure listings go up since my previous real estate market report on bank owned homes for sale in Delta. Actually the number of listings has more than doubled. Although the total number of foreclosed homes on the market still remains in single digits. I'm not concerned this spike in new listings is indicative of a new market trend.
Information for this report comes from the local MLS. This report covers the City of Delta and the rural outlying areas. It will cover any bank owned homes listed in the local MLS in the 81416 zip code.
- Six new listings have come on the market since my last report. One of them is already under contract.
- There are a total of nine bank owned homes listed for sale.
- Prices start at $68,000 and go up to $179,900. The average list price is $134,227. The median list price is $136,500.
- House sizes and styles vary quite a bit with locations being in and out of town.
