However over the past few years we are staying pretty steady through out the winter. A big reason for that also, in my opinion, is the extremely mild winters we are having. There is a big difference between moving in 2 foot of snow and single digit temps or minimal snow on the valley floors and temps above 20 degrees or so. Mark
