Several years ago, our 18.5 year old feline companion, Cosmo, left us and it was soooo much like losing a best friend..he was there in sickness and in health, 
loving you always...greeting you at the door, his own place at the table where he would politely take the food from the plate and never ever (at least that we saw) get on a counter, table, etc. He was a quiet, comforting companion.
Magic....now an only feline child ...only likes David and really wants nothing to do with anyone else. He works in the office, often....appropriately ...guiding David's hand on the mouse....but as soon as anyone else enters the room...including me...his own Mother...he is vapor...off to one of his many secret hiding places.
Sooo....looking everywhere as we were entering Kitten "season"....someone an hour away kept showing pictures of kittens that were purported to 75% ragdoll. According to our vet...one of the brighter breeds...and off we went to adopt our now younger son who we found out quickly could wiggle out of, over, under and through anything....enter Houdini Alpha Hanson...a/k/a Dini....our home entertainment center.
As Realtors and social creatures....
we are often invited to weddings, baptisms, graduations, religious celebrations, house warmings...etc. We decided our new child should have a "Kittening"...! While we saw it as one more excuse for a party...Dini was gifted with every imaginable cat toy on earth....and passed thru the crowd of guests everyone adoring our new family member. We are soooo not the photographers ....but this picture of Dini...the cover of his Kittening Invitation...is one that always makes me smile...I hope it will make you chuckle as well. How we wish he would have stayed this size !
