G SUITE as your CRM

Update 2018 I had to incorporate a CRM into my bus in addittion to Gsuite

Review of One Page Crm  OnePageCrm review

In last 6 months I left my Office 365 Exchange account looking to find a great Google/ Android Crm

what I found after trying them all is they all lack something.

Most do not allow me to use my Hangouts Dialer

Most do not Sync fully with Google Contacts

Many are Expensive and still lacking in features

So I found out that I can just use Google Contacts, Reminders, Mail Merge, Hangouts Dialer and Google Voice and Evernote to accomplish a simpler and in many ways better Crm. Wizy.io is my mail merge free app. Best of all these are all free or included in my GSuite Subscription.

By using Inbox Reminders for my follow up system with Contacts has allowed me to use my email inbox as a to-do and follow up system as well. Everything all in one place! My brain prefers to work this way

Instead of placing your follow up in the Calendar and cluttering that up, you get awesome reminders in your inbox that you can snooze, schedule for another date or mark as done. This is frankly better for me than any of the crms out there that just add another task to your to do list.

Since I use hangout dialer and Google Voice I simply click on contacts phone number and I start dialing from my pc ( only Prosperworks has hangout dialer that I could find)

Feel free to question me on these tools inbox picture

I'm like you - I like everything to be in one spot.  I'll need to check out this reminder function; that seems like that would really fit my business!

Ron:  So, to clarify, are you no longer using Outlook as your email service?  Does the Google Suite work alongside Outlook, or must you use the Google Mail service?

This is correct I stopped using Outlook and moved all in on G Suite, and am using google voice as well! You can use outlook with gmail but contact syncing I dont recommend. and I have that set up but I primarily stay in Google Inbox which is a fantastic email program but still need to use gmail here and there as developers have not had enough time to build extensions yet for inbox.

As an Update I am not using Reminders as a follow up system for contacts as it clutters up the email inbox, I use inbox now for email and tasks ( reminders things to do!) I Use Evernote for the follow up which is awesome, I wrote a more detailed breakdown here https://realtortech.quora.com/Google-Contacts-as-Crm-1
