For most patio home builders, the floor plans are pretty much the floor plans. What you see is what you get, with only slight modifications. Perhaps a rearrangement of the bathroom vanities or closets, things that don't really alter the positioning of the main walls and other structural elements. This is true for most of the "mass production" builders.
However, there are some Cincinnati area patio home builders that can go beyond minor modifications to the floor plans. In fact, a very rare few can go full custom with your new construction patio home, with the only real restrictions being that the home fits the lot requirements and meets the community size and style standards.
Now as you might imagine, this uniqueness isn't cheap, so you can expect to be mid $300,000 or higher to achieve a floor plan that is specifically made for you. And in some cases, those patio homes might even come with a 3 car garage, another rare feature for Cincinnati patio homes.
