As I was checking my entries for Dick Greenberg 's photo contest I realized I had not posted this yet. I think enough of this photo to have it as my profile pic. From Schweitzer Mountain looking down on Sandpoint sitting on the upper banks of Lake Pend Oreille, nestled between Cabinet Mountains and Selkirks.

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint - Regardless of the outcome for the Photography Contest, I want you to know your photo is a favorite of mine because I could feel the power of the Almighty God come through those clouds. You were blessed to see that sky and even though the photograph is so beautiful, what you felt on the day you took that picture manifests something much greater than I could know at this time. I would bet happiness radiated through you on that day and you felt something more than you could describe in words. Inspiration is always there. We just have to look up from what we're doing and take notice!
That is an abosolutely beautiful landscape with the sunset thanks for the share.
