The North East Quadrant Life Support(NEQALS) For many years has provided paramedic care to Webster and surrounding towns with close to 3000 calls each year.
While the mainstay will still be the ambulance from the two fire departments they alone cannot assist with all the calls. Recently they added an ambulance growing to two ambulances, four fly cars and staff to keep it manned. 
Doing all of this without tax dollars or fund raising but now are in need of the local support to build a building not only for the staff and equipment but to offer training in CPR, AED and other life supporting training.
A local bank will give a mortgage for the new building if we the public are able to raise $150,000 for a facility centrally located on Jackson Road in the town.
