Winter Hikes are Wonderful near Gilbert, AZ

Good morning Brian.  It is 7 this morning, if you count the wind chill a -7.  I'll let you walk for the both of us

Hi Brian - looks great and I'm sure it was a vigorous workout. We had four inches of snow yesterday, it's all slush today with higher temps.

I was out this morning at 4am on my mornning hike. Mine was no where as scenic as yours , but it is the effort that counts!

Good morning, Brian -- and I imagine there were more than a few good views on your way to the top too.   

I have done those kind of hikes in New Mexico and there are times when it is a bit dangerous.

Brian, good for you and I would not even dream of trying a hike like this. great picture. 

I can relate to that feeling of, "not knowing what you were getting into."  I sometimes do that when it comes to an athletic endeavor.  My pride always makes me man up and grunt through it.
