1. Hand write, address and mail two thank you notes daily.

2. Join a Toastmaster club and be proactive, give seven minute speeches on real estate every two to three weeks. From this one event I have earned over $100,000 in the past five years by giving a 5 to 7 minute speech at a Toastmaster club, end of meeting, person walks up and asks: Can you help me buy a house?   Amazing isn't it?

3. Mail EDDM to 500, 1000, or 5000 every two weeks.

4. Invite 20 - 25 people (former clients and/or leads) for a get-together at your home, to the movies, to a restaurant, pick up the tab of $200. or less every 30 to 45 days.

5. Have a call with a: thank you, offer and ask to seven to 10 people five days a week.
