CREATIVE MARKETING STAY BETTER CONNECTED WITH PAST AND PRESENT CLIENTS. BRING A FRIEND ALONG
The biggest challenge for all agents is how does one keep in contact with past clients whether past or present. Is there a systematic way to stay in touch? I have found most agents shoot from the hip. Veteran real estate agents have created a system to stay better connected to their sphere of influence to generate more business each year. How does one accomplish such goal?
I have implemented a better database to keep better track of my past clients. Also, I am able to add new contacts on a weekly basis. My database is a hungry monster always looking to add contacts. Are there ever enough? Can you handle the contacts at this present time? Where does one start?
Many of you know that I hosted a very successful Phoenix real estate radio show named "Real Estate and Beyond." I was on the radio for five consecutive years until I had the call to take care of my in-laws that were both diagnosed with dementia. So, I had to resign from radio to focus on family and business. I would make the same decision because family will always come first for me.
Currently, I have been blessed to open my own real estate brokerage called "Real Estate and Beyond." It was time to start it up since both my in-laws passed away in 2015. I took some time off before reopening the brokerage. I have been very blessed this year. We are looking forward to 2017 and beyond.
One of the marketing plans is to resurrect the "Real Estate and Beyond" radio show in 2017. The one event that was very successful was TUESDAY MORNING BREAKFAST WITH HARRY! I started this tradition on the radio when I began the show because I wanted to better connect with my audience. I would inform my listeners that I will be at Denny's each Tuesday at 7:00AM to discuss real estate. I bought the breakfast. It became very popular as we continued with the radio show. It was a great way to speak to my listeners and learn how I could better assist them when it came to real estate. Yes, I always left a tip for the waitress.
