Draper Utah a fantastic community nestled against the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. If you have never visited Utah you are missing out. We are blessed with beautiful rugged mountain ranges on both sides of our valley. Our communities stretch along both mountain ranges running in between them in a valley/bowl atmosphere. The layout of the Wasatch Front creates a community that allows for easy access to all. We have breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. Four seasons and recreational activities that range from the theater, to paragliding and world class skiing.
Draper is one of many communities located in the Salt Lake County. Draper used to be a small, quiet farm town on the outskirts of all the communities. The area has seen large growth and expansion since the mid 90's. Even since we moved to Utah in 2003 we have seen tremendous growth. Old farms are now strip malls or newer residential developments. I will say that they have done a good job with the city planning and growth. It has been focused and well planned out. The city makes "sense" and is easy to navigate around.
Draper is a highly desirable area and houses move quickly. The price ranges for active homes start at 194,000 for a 1828 sqft townhouse to 4,999,000 home that features 9286 sqft home nestled on 1.37 acres. There is something for everyone. As you can see compared to last year we have fewer homes on the market in Draper but there is an increase on how many are under contract. Draper continues to grow in popularity and demand.
Excellent Schools, beautiful communities, easy commute to amenities and/or actiivities = a highly desireable area.
