For a few months I have been on the search for something, actually it is somewhat like the SLIGHT EDGE, you may want to, no YOU SHOULD want to pick this book up and read it this week: THE SLIGHT EDGE, to have a life changing experience, that is if you are anything like me.

About September of this year I began a most unusual campaign, calling on loan officers to help them increase their business at no cost whatsoever and at the same time would cause an increase for myself as well.

Over the past six months I have learned why less people earn more money and most people earn less.

We could call it a number of things like: laziness if you chose to be brutally honest. Then too maybe it is ignorance instead of laziness. Then too maybe a lack of passion, desire, focus, or persistence.

My campaign is to find a loan officer who is more receptive than others to refer a million dollars of business a month to me, understand, that won't happen the first or second month, then I immediately offer the person I am speaking with a couple of leads from open house and Realtor.com.

Yes I am the first to give out the lead! Explaining, I give you leads, you give leads and we see if we can grow this into even more business for each other.

So you know, there is a couple of learning experiences in this post for sales people. One I met face to face with 58 loan officers, and now I tell them NO! We do not need to meet, I tell you the offer, I give you the words to say for free you either do it or decide not to do it. We do not need to meet. I have more important things to do.
