Nothing has come to the market since last month and one more condo has gone under contract. The average market time for the sold homes is still very low at 21 days, however, this number will likely creep up as homes that are under contract close. The average market time for condos under contract is 83 days. In the winter months it can take a little longer to sell sometimes, but while these numbers stay below 3 months and the months supply of inventory is less than 6 months it is a good time to list your home for near guaranteed visibility to active buyers. The median sales price last month was $301,250.
