The question often comes up this time of year...is it OK to decorate for the Holidays while my home is on the market? Buyers seem to respond positively when homes are decorated for the Holidays, as that often gives a home a warm atmosphere and can trigger positive thoughts and memories. The one thing that is best to do is to wait until after the photos are taken. Should the home remain on the market for any length of time...you don't want the home looking time-stamped/stale.
