Good morning, Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 (sheila)...the exterior of a property is as important as the interior.... it's usually a reflection of what a potential buyer will see inside.... I've heard of many drive by without stopping to go in, if the grounds are not well groomed....

Good morning, Sheila and Larry.... not only is there nothing better than a good first impression, sellers need to know that they won't get a second chance to make a good first impression! I tell my sellers that buyers are making up their minds about a house in the minute or less it takes to walk up to the front door.

Curb appeal is very important for setting buyer expectations, with my listings, I want buyers excited to see the inside of the home after they pull up and love the look of the outside of the home.
