Our Moral Obligation to Educate Our Public on the Benefits of Conservation

As professional REALTORS®, it’s our moral obligation to educate our public on the benefits of conserving energy.  Unfortunately, the poorest of our public, would probably have the least energy efficient homes and not be aware of the energy programs to retrofit their home with very little money, especially if they are given a very low interest loan.

We would get much more creditability if we help our own countries poor and middle class, before and after the transaction of buying or selling a home.

Ann-Marie,

Every chance we get to spread the word is worth the time.

There will always be those who can not afford the necessary repairs to be efficient, then we work with the many organizations that go to these homes to make the improvements for them without cost....we have on at our Church......everyone that we touch makes ine less that needs it.
