As a seasoned real estate professional, I have seen a lot of beautiful homes in all different price points located in many well-appointed communities.  I have to say without hesitation that the Lake Arrowhead community hits all the must-haves to make it to the top of the list for a Home Package too good to be true!

When you pass through the gated entry, you first notice the mountain vistas in the background.  You enjoy these mountains views as you drive the long road to get to the lake.  Lake Arrowhead is one of the largest privately owned lakes in Georgia.  The lake gives you a peaceful feeling when you drive by it.  It has very clean water, very enticing.  It makes you want to own a boat. 

Lake Arrowhead was first opened in the 1980's as a vacation spot for many families in the Atlanta area.  It is a short 45 minute drive north from the Atlanta area.  Now, Lake Arrowhead is transitioning into a year round community with new homes located both on and off the lake. 

This is the ideal "Forever Home" community with a golf course, swim and tennis amenities, and about 8,000 of wooded area for those that enjoy the outdoors.  You can check out this community in more detail at lakearrowheadga.com.
