Listing is the name of my game, and I think most real estate agents feel the same. The phase of real estate that became my passion was new construction, but in order to secure a multitude of subdivisions, I needed to list land. That’s when I began selling dirt to developer/builders.
When you do what you love, the money will follow. I’ve been blessed to have realized very early in my career that “niches become riches.” When one has a niche or two, there are never gaps in your income.
Find what you love, and focus on it. Real estate is a buffet that provides a generous array of phases on which to feast. The wise decision is to test your palate with each phase of the business. The one that pulls you back for more has good possibilities of becoming a niche.
You’ll not know if that phase of the business “has your name all over it,” unless you test it. Enjoy the feast, and select what you love most. Focus on it, and you’ll only get better. The more well-versed you become, the easier your job and more income will result. Think about this!!!
Just a thought to share for today…..
