Gas Cards For Chesapeake Real Estate

We are thinking of using gas cards to entice prospects to come visit his homes in Westchester Estates in Chesapeake, Va.  What kind of advertising do you think would work best for this sort of idea and how would you tell if the buyer came in off that advertising or was just coming in anyway.

Our Homes Are Worth the Drive ... call ahead and ask us how.

What I see is the Buyer / Agent would call ahead and tell you where they are coming from and when the expect to arrive . You tell them you look forward to seeing them and remind them to see you for their thank you for visiting gift.

You could have a little basket of cold water / snacks / property information/price list / comment card to be completed and turned in for gas card.

Only those that call ahead get the Gift Package .

We are seeing gas card drawings for Realtor Open Houses but not for the public.

This is a great idea and I think if you trade any buyer for their information, such as name and e-mail address and then instead of a card for everyone, they get a chance to win a $100 gas card.

This is  a great idea. You can ask them to show their drivers license as proof of distance travelled.
