Why do things start to happen when you leave town ? One of my dearest friends is in the hospital in Nashville, I flew down today. I love her and she is like a "mom" to me.

I listed three houses today, my daughter took clients out to write an offer tonight, I re-scheduled two pre-listing appointments until next week, and I got an offer on one of my listings. That is a busy week for me.

I'm glad that you are there for your MOM... and your team is so supportive..... having a great week has really made this happen with having a team to be there for you. I pray that all will be well with your mom.

Missy, Your team sounds wonderful to step in and help when you're having one of those weeks--I do hope your friend recovers soon. The home (and video) is lovely...I hope it sells soon. I hope things calm down a bit, you may need a short break.

Mothers are not replaceable. Take good care of her.....teams were formed to help each other.

I haven't blogged listings in a while. I guess I should sit down and apply myself. Put that on the list of things to do.

Missy - I will pray that your "mom" will be alright. I have a "mom" across the street from me who is not doing well, so I know the feeling. Take care of her and love her while you're there.

Missy, sorry for the nature of your "vacation" but someone told me once that if you want your business to increase, all you need to do is leave town - it works! Hope everything works out OK.

Missy, Didn't you know that there is a rule etched in stone that every time a Realtor goes out of town their business goes crazy. It never fails. I hope your friend is feeling better and I'm glad you have a team to back you up!

Yes, I've heard it many times: want your business to increase? Plan to go out of town!! Sorry to hear about why you had to go to Nashville, but I hope all works out well.

I often tell clients, "If you want your home to sell, send me on vacation!" I'm still waiting on someone to take me up on it.
