Hi Dick -- it seems that Country Club West is mimicking what is occurring in many different areas around the hottest areas in your area and across the country. The sale-to-list price percentage is impressive and shows a high level of demand.  

Hopefully, with the new year there will be some additional properties coming on the market for sale.
