For the last two years, a lack of available inventory has constrained home sales in Hunters Cove. Buyers remain interested in the neighborhood, but with few homes to buy, prices have been pushing upward. There have only been 7 sales in 2016, ranging in price from a low of $260,000 to a high of $580,000, with a median price of $314,900 and an average price of $343,486. Market performance has been very good, with the average days to get an offer at 19, and average days on the market at 57. The sale price/list price ratio for these 7 homes was 99.2%.

There are no homes currently for sale in Hunters Cove, and it's unlikely that we'll see a significant change until spring, when we can hope that higher prices will provide a sufficient incentive to existing home owners thinking of selling.
