Mortgage Newsletters - I need help!!

I am currently working on a new marketing campaign to help retain and convert new clients to closed clients. I am looking for a marketing company that provides pre written newsletters that I can customize with my company information. I have explored multiple companies but have found that the majority of these marketing firms are targeting business partners ( Attorneys, Realtors, and CPA's ) with their newsletter. I appreciate this idea but I am always in constant contact with my referrall partners. WHat I truly need is a newsletter my clients can understand and relate to. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Travis,  I personally do not think newsletters are worth the money.  It is a lot of expense for something that is seldom read.  Honestly,  think about how many newsletters you have subscribed to over the years and actually read?  I could be wrong and your have to do what you think is best for you.  But, before you commit to a newsletter really evaluate it as a marketing tool.  My 2 cents.

I write my own newsletter monthly and I think that is the way to go. I only write one page, and that includes a feature article and three or four little blurbs. I usually have a business of the month where I profile one of my clients' businesses and a photo of some sort. Sometimes I have a contest. It is not expensive, takes a few hours and people seem to like it. Give it a shot.

Hi Travis,

You can Google Real Estate Digest.  They have two versions.  We used one for taxpayers/investors.  I agree with the prior post that many do not read them, however, it is a great way to keep you brand in front of the client even if they see it and then throw it out.

Thank you very much for all of the comments. I do agree that the newsletter may not be the biggest bang for the buck however I do feel that for branding purposes it is a great tool. By the way... through my searches I have also found an excellent CRM program.. Mortgage Quest. Visit www.emarketfocus.com .. This is an excellent tool and worth every penny.
